Returns Policy

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return. Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not refunded. 

To start a return, please contact us at returns@bakel3d.com, specifying your personal data, the order number, the date of your purchase, the product/s you'd like to return and the reason why you'd like to return it/them. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide all the information you'll need to send the product/s back to us. The shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like goods on sale, opened items, seasonal items, gift cards. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
