BAKEL was born in 2008 in a skincare laboratory in Italy thanks to a revolutionary intuition by the chemist Dr. Raffaella Gregoris: formulating with "100% active principles and 0 useless substances".

2008

BAKEL is the first and only Italian skincare brand ever awardered by Beauty Biz WWD as "Newcomer of the Year".

2009

BAKEL becomes the pioneer of the Clean Beauty movement, building its reputation for providing real benefits and visible results to the skin thanks to its effective and safe formulas.

2010

BAKEL products are appreciated worldwide for the quality of their ingredients, becoming an it-brand, especially amongst celebrity figures

2012

BAKEL is awardered by Marie Claire with the prestigious "Prix d'Excellence de la Beauté" for the best eye contour cream, "Nutri-Eyes".

2016

The first five-star luxury "BAKEL Beauty SPA" was opened in Portopiccolo Sistiana, Italy.

2017

BAKEL receives for the second time the prestigious "Prix d'Excellence de la Beauté" by Marie Claire special jury.

2018

A year of great changes: BAKEL takes part in the CULTI MILANO Group, starting a new path towards eco-sustainability.

2019

The prestigious luxury SPAs "Borgo Egnazia Resort" in Puglia, Italy and "Saint Hubertus Resort" in Cervinia, Italy choose BAKEL as their partner for SPA treatments.

Dr. Raffaella Gregoris is mentioned as one of the World's 100 Most Successful Women according to Forbes
